Itinerary

Day 1:
Arrival to Lima
Reception at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Does not include meals
Day 2:
City Tour in Lima and Pachacamac Ruins
In the morning Visit to the City of Lima, you will be picked up from your hotel at 09 AM. You will visit the Colonial Zone and the Plaza de Armas, where you will see the Government Palace, the Cathedral, the Archbishop's Palace and the Municipality, as well as the 17th century Church and the Basilica of San Francisco, a World Cultural Heritage. Then they will go to the Modern District of Miraflores where you can appreciate the Pacific Ocean and the modern Residential neighborhood of San Isidro. They are going to go to a place that is near Lima, it is an Archaeological Sanctuary whose Construction Preserves the Mysticism and Religiosity of its Past. Its name: "Pachacamac". When traveling to this Sanctuary, where Hundreds of Years ago, the Indians Worshiped the Sun and the Earth, one can feel the magic of this place that will always be Sacred. After the Tour, they will return you to your hotel. Includes Breakfast and Lunch
Day 3:
Trip from Lima to the City of Cusco
Transfer to Lima airport for the flight to Cuzco (plane ticket not included). Upon arrival at Cuzco Airport. Reception and transfer to the hotel, where you will be given an Aromatic Coca Mate that will Help your Organism to Adapt to the Height, (We advise you if it were possible to arrive in Cuzco One or Two days before starting any Tour so that your Organism have time to Adapt to the Height and that in this way you do not get Soroche). You will have the morning free to rest and we also suggest that you Eat something Light, either at your hotel or in one of the Restaurants in the Surroundings, at Night you will go on a City Tour (the entrance to the archaeological centers and museums included) They will visit the Plaza Mayor, the Cathedral, the Koricancha (Temple of the Sun) and, in addition, they will take a tour Bordering Archaeological Centers such as the Sacsayhuaman Fortress, Q 'ENKO, Puka Pukara and Tambomachay, the Tour ends at approximately 18:30 in the Main Square so that you can have dinner in one of the excellent restaurants in the area. Day 4
River Rafting in Urubamba
They will pick you up at 08:50. To go by private transport to the camp "Cusipata River Camp", where they will leave the luggage. Here you can enjoy Hot Baths, Sauna and a Comfortable Dining Room. The Professional Guides will give you a Safety Talk and will give you all the Adequate Equipment to do Rafting, then they will go to Chuquicahuana where they will run class II and III rapids. After 2 hours of canoeing, you will arrive at the "Cusipata River Camp" where your lunch awaits you. They will return to Cuzco in the afternoon. If you make a Travel Reservation at Student price, you must send us a Copy of your ISIC Card at the time of Paying the Deposit of the Walk. If you cannot bring your ISIC card, the Government Authorities will not allow you to start the walk. You are not given the opportunity to pay the additional difference in price.
Day 5:
Piscacucho / Huayllabamba
Departure by bus from Cuzco to kilometer 89 of the Machu Picchu Railway. After getting acquainted with the members of the group, they will start the famous trek “Inca Trail”. After two hours of walking you will arrive at Llaqtapata, the First Archaeological Zone located in a Natural Settlement. Continuing for a couple of hours you will arrive at your Camp located near the Small Town of Huayllabamba. Includes breakfast, lunch and dinner Note: It is normal that if the first day it feels hot during the Dry Season (May to September). It is recommended that you wear light and cool clothing, as well as good sunscreen and a hat to protect your face. ➲ Accommodation: Camp ➲ Maximum altitude: 3000msnm ➲ Minimum altitude: 2650msnm ➲ Distance traveled: 12 km ➲ Approximate walking time: 5 to 6 hours.
Day 6:
Huayllabamba / Pakasmayu
They will get up early to start their second day which will be Very Hard and Tedious. Today they will ascend to 1200 meters and enter a Tropical Area called Cloud Forest where they will observe the Wonderful Queuñas Forest that will take us to the Llulluchapampa Valley where they will have one of the most Spectacular Views of the Abra de Warmiwañusca located at 4200 meters above sea level, is this Ascent towards the Open considered as the highest point of your tour. Descent towards the Pakasmayu Valley located at 3600 m.a.s.l. place of his second camp. Includes breakfast, lunch and dinner ➲ Accommodation: Camping ➲ Maximum altitude: 4200msnm ➲ Minimum altitude: 3000msnm ➲ Distance traveled: 13 km ➲ Approximate walking time: 6 - 7 hours
Day 7:
Pakasmayu / Wiñaywayna

Day 8:
Wiñaywayna / Machu Picchu
Very early, you will make a short walk to the Inti PUNKU, known as the Puerta del Sol where the Magical and Mysterious City of Machu Picchu will make its First Appearance, the Wonderful "Lost City of the Incas". Finally they will cross the Mountain and arrive at their Final Destination, the greatest Discovery of recent times Nestled in the Andes Mountains, showing at every step the Incas' Challenge to Nature and also Showing the Harmony that they Achieved. Arrival to Machu Picchu and begin an Extensive Excursion through the Magical City of Machu Picchu. Day 9:
Machu Picchu / Cusco
Free day at your disposal, you can visit Machu Picchu again on your own (bus, entrance and guide not included this day). In the afternoon you will return to Cuzco, reception at the train station and transfer to your hotel. It includes breakfast OPTIONAL: You can make a second visit to Machu Picchu and have the opportunity to know more remote places such as Inti Punku (Puerta del Sol) or to have more adventures you can take an excursion to the top of Huayna Picchu (mountain young man) to visit the Temple of the Moon and enjoy a Spectacular View of the City. Pick up of guests
Machu Picchu Vip can pick you up from your hotel, as long as it’s in the Historical Center of Cusco. Your guide will coordinate the pickup time in the briefing session, but please keep in mind that the time may vary between 20 and 35 minutes due to traffic.
Group Tours
Group tours are made up of different types of people, then physical conditions and ages can vary. By agreeing to be part of a group tour, you also accept that some people may be faster or slower than you. Therefore, each person can go at their own pace on the route. It may be the case that a group wishes to modify the tour; however, the guide will be the one who decides, after consulting with all the participants, if such modifications are possible.
Strikes in cusco
Are usually common in Peru, and this may interrupt some of our tours. Roads can be blocked, and train tracks can be taken over. However, we will try to keep your trip as originally planned, even if it means leaving the night before the scheduled date. Under these circumstances, tours may also be canceled. In case of changes or cancellations, everything will be coordinated with you by our operations department. Your safety is our highest priority, and our decisions will be made to protect it.
Lost objects
Please pay attention to where you leave your things and remember to take everything once you leave our transport, tents, or restaurants. You’re the only one responsible for your objects during the tour.
I can change or cancel my tour
Of course you can modify the date of your tour up to 24 hours before and you can cancel up to 15 days before, but there will be charges for administrative expenses
