Itinerary

Day 1:
Arrival to Lima
Reception at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Does not include meals
Day 2:
Lima / Cusco
Transfer from your hotel to the airport to take your flight to Cusco (FLIGHTS NOT INCLUDED) Reception at the airport and transfer to your hotel where you will receive an aromatic "coca tea" to acclimatize to the altitude, you will have the rest of the day free to rest and We also suggest taking a light lunch. In the afternoon, approximately 1:45 p.m., we will start the tour of the city of Cusco, where you will have the opportunity to visit 6 wonderful places. We will visit the Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral, Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun), we will also take a tour of archaeological centers such as the Fortress of Sacsayhuaman, Q’enqo, Puca Pucara, and Tambomachay. The tour ends at 18:30 in the Plaza de Armas in Cusco so that you can have your dinner in the restaurants in the area. Includes Lunch NOTE: * City tour: from 1:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. approx. (Pick up from the hotel starts at 1:15 PM) * Buffet Dinner with Optional Folk Show: add $ 30 per person
Day 3:
Machu Picchu Full Day
After your breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to the train station that leaves for Aguas Calientes, the trip lasts about 4 hours. During the trip you will have an impressive view of the landscapes of the Sacred Valley in Urubamba and the Amazon jungle, showing a little of how much Peru has to offer. Upon arrival in the small town of Aguas Calientes, you will have to go to the bus station that will take you to the "Citadel of Machu Picchu" (only 20 minutes away) to start the guided tour of the historic Sanctuary, visiting the main square, the circular tower, the sacred solar clock, the royal rooms, the temple of the three windows and the cemeteries, after the guided tour you will have free time to explore the area on your own, at the agreed time we will return to Aguas Calientes to return to the city from Cusco. Reception at the train station and transfer to your hotel. Includes Breakfast and Lunch
Day 4
Sacred Valley
After your breakfast at the hotel, we will pick you up at 08:15 am for a full day excursion through the Urubamba Valley visiting the colorful Indian market in Pisac where you will appreciate a mixture of color and tradition. Pisac is located at the entrance to the Sacred Valley followed by Ollantaytambo. Most people visit Pisac to see the market on Sundays, but there are smaller markets on both Tuesdays and Thursdays. However Pisac is a pretty town and has lots of small craft shops and is worth visiting on any day of the week it is a good place to shop for local pottery including a huge collection and varied range of multi-hand paintings colored beads. Lunch in a typical restaurant in Urubamba then we continue with Ollantaytambo, which is an attractive small town located at the western end of the Sacred Valley, considered the oldest continuously occupied city in the entire American continent, it is located near some spectacular Inca ruins that protected the strategic entrance to the lower part of the Urubamba valley. The narrow streets of Ollantaytambo, along with sub-channels that have not changed since Inca times, evoke their ancestral heritage, then we will end up visiting Chinchero. Chinchero is a small Andean Indian village located high up on the windswept plains of Anta at 3762masl about 30 km from Cusco and is believed to be the mythical birthplace of the rainbow. Its biggest draw for tourism is its colorful Sunday market which is much less tourist-oriented than the Pisac market. At the end, return to Cusco arriving at approximately 6:30 p.m. in the Plaza Mayor of Cusco. Includes Breakfast and Lunch
Day 5:
Cusco / Santiago de Chile
Breakfast and transfer from the hotel to the airport for your flight back to Santiago de Chile (FLIGHTS NOT INCLUDED). Reception at the Santiago airport and transfer to the Hotel. Overnight. Includes Breakfast and Lunch
Day 6:
Santiago / Calama / San Pedro de Atacama
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to the airport in time to board the flight to Calama (plane ticket not included) Reception and transfer to San Pedro de Atacama through the Domeyko mountains, located in the Atacama desert, the driest desert in the world .Arrival at the selected hotel and accommodation with breakfast. During the sunset we went to the Valley of the Moon, located in the salt mountain range, 90% salt and 10% other minerals, to observe an unusual treasure landscape in the background, made up of attractive and impressive geological formations Of various shapes and colors, along with the giant dunes and beautiful crunching salt crystals on the ground, it will make you feel like being on another planet or the moon itself. Day 7:
Archaeological Half Day Excursion
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure in the morning to start an archaeological tour, visit the Pukará de Quitor, the Cordillera de la Sal and the ancient ruins of Tulor, dating from the year 3000 and Pictoglyphs of Coca de Roca. Return to your hotel. Rest of the day free and accommodation.
Day 8:
Full Day Tour Altiplanicas Lagoons and Salar de Atacama
Departure at 07:00 AM, heading to Lagunas Altiplánica and Salar de Atacama. Our first visit will be El Tambillo (artificial forest in the desert). Then we will visit the town of Toconao, where you can see handicrafts volcanic rocks. We continue Valle de Jeri, Laguna de Chaxa in the middle of the desert, to see flamingo pink. Time for a lunch. In the afternoon return to the hotel and accommodation. It includes breakfast
Day 9:
San Pedro de Atacama / Santiago
The departure is at 04:30 in the morning to visit the Tatio Geysers, at an altitude of 4,200 meters above sea level, with a picnic breakfast included.Free time for guided walks, bathing in lakes little, but about all observe the geysers. Return to the Chilean highlands and appreciate the fog, where the animals feed, ending the day in the town of Machuca. Final Transfer
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport to board your next flight. Important: The itinerary and excursions in San Pedro de Atacama are subject to modifications without prior notice. We suggest arriving Calama flight AM and return from Calama after 6:00 p.m.

Pick up of guests
Machu Picchu Vip can pick you up from your hotel, as long as it’s in the Historical Center of Cusco. Your guide will coordinate the pickup time in the briefing session, but please keep in mind that the time may vary between 20 and 35 minutes due to traffic.
Group Tours
Group tours are made up of different types of people, then physical conditions and ages can vary. By agreeing to be part of a group tour, you also accept that some people may be faster or slower than you. Therefore, each person can go at their own pace on the route. It may be the case that a group wishes to modify the tour; however, the guide will be the one who decides, after consulting with all the participants, if such modifications are possible.
Strikes in cusco
Are usually common in Peru, and this may interrupt some of our tours. Roads can be blocked, and train tracks can be taken over. However, we will try to keep your trip as originally planned, even if it means leaving the night before the scheduled date. Under these circumstances, tours may also be canceled. In case of changes or cancellations, everything will be coordinated with you by our operations department. Your safety is our highest priority, and our decisions will be made to protect it.
Lost objects
Please pay attention to where you leave your things and remember to take everything once you leave our transport, tents, or restaurants. You’re the only one responsible for your objects during the tour.
I can change or cancel my tour
Of course you can modify the date of your tour up to 24 hours before and you can cancel up to 15 days before, but there will be charges for administrative expenses
